Ralph's Story
Over 37 years ago I joined my first direct selling company as an independent sales person. It was one of the most exciting and memorable experiences of my life. I remember that moment as if it were yesterday. Ever since that December evening in 1968, I have been in love with the spirit, the opportunity and the limitless possibilities of owning my own independent direct selling business.
I fell in love with the fact that I could control my time, become my own boss, replicate my success by sponsoring additional Consultants and be rewarded for the time, energy and work I put in.
When I first started, I was a lot like many of you. I never sold anything, nor did I think I could. That changed quickly as the company and my sponsor guided me through every step of the process. I learned to believe in myself, gained self confidence and acquired a real purpose. What astonished me the most was that I was happier than I had ever dreamed possible! I started to think more positively and to be less critical of others. I moved from a follower to a leader with a sense of direction and purpose. This change occurred even before my income started to climb!
It is very difficult to express, in words, how I feel about the industry and opportunity you are about to experience. Words are very clumsy when you are trying to express the depth of an emotion, but I truly want Celebration Fashions to offer this opportunity to everyone who joins our company.
In addition I wanted to start a company that my family could be proud of and participate in. Due to this, Celebration Fashions must be built on a strong foundation of honesty, integrity, vision, and a passion for making it world class.
This company is a celebration of the best of all aspects of the party plan direct sales industry!
Our Product Line will continually evolve and seek out talented, jewelry artists and bring their designs to the marketplace utilizing quality manufacturing techniques and environmentally friendly materials. We will continuously grow our list of designers as we grow the company.
Our Career Plan's foundation is based on the success of the new Consultant. It is designed to give our newest Consultant the highest possible immediate financial returns and the most advanced technological tools in the industry; to maximize profits and eliminate busy work. We couple a 50% immediate profit on retail sales, with a generous override and bonus program in our career plan. This enables those who want to only work a few hours a week and earn just a part-time income, a way to do that without being pressured to move outside their comfort level. In addition, it allows leaders, who put forth consistent hard work, to rise at their own rate and build a career with the potential to earn over $200,000 a year.
Our Support and Recognition Program provides the most lucrative hostess and incentive programs to give your business momentum without frustration. We also offer a recognition and rewards program that allows those with the desire to travel the world, receive recognition from their peers, and share their accomplishments with their families and loved ones, the opportunity to do so.
Our Children's Foundation Fund will give back to the communities we serve. Our plan is to support and contribute to regional and local charities benefiting children, so that we can make an impact in the areas that our Consultants live and work.
